1.Booking And Payment Procedures
- Reservations: Required in writing (email or official booking system).
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental is required to secure the reservation within 5 days of confirmation.
- Final Payment: Must be paid in full before arrival (5 days before arrival).
2.Cancelation and Change Policy
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival will incur a full fee.
- Refunds may not be issued for last-minute cancellations.
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability.
3.Check-In & check Out
- Times: Check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 PM (noon).
- Early/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges (e.g., 50%-100% of the daily rate).
- Identity: Guests are required to show identification (KTP/Passport) upon check-in.
4.Security Deposit
- A security deposit of 15% of the total stay may be required upon arrival to cover any damage or loss of amenities.
- The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out if no damage occurs.
5.Property Usage rules
- Capacity: The number of guests must not exceed the agreed capacity.
- Pets: Pets are prohibited (unless specifically permitted).
- Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited Parties/Events: Events, parties, or noise that disturbs neighbors are strictly prohibited.Drugs & Weapons: Bringing prohibited or illegal items is strictly prohibited.
6.Liability and Damage
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during the rental period.
- Management is not responsible for the loss of valuables.
- The property must be left neat and clean.
7.Force Majeure
- Management is not responsible for failure to perform due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.).

original payment method. Other than that, Refund is on for cancellations made at least a week
